Houston Texans

In 2023 the Houston Texans aimed to pivot from a "Texans" centric brand to a "Houston" centric brand. The goal: to be
edgier, younger and more disruptive—inspired by the eclectic art, energetic culture and unique people of Houston—to usher in a new era of Texans football. I worked to shed outdated perceptions and embrace current cultural relevance of the city while remaining true to the classic equity established by the history of the franchise. This is the proposed work I shared with the team, starting with an original brand anthem to set the tone for the work to come.
